I've always been fascinated by food which is why I'm graduating from culinary school this may (Johnson & Wales in Providence). The biochemistry of food fascinates me to the fullest. I love to read books by Harold Mcgee and Herve This, but I always have trouble with some of the vocabulary used in relation to chemistry. I just wanted to let you know I love what you're doing.
Belated congratulations on your graduation! It really means a lot to get such positive feedback from someone in the culinary world. I agree that the food science literature can be tough to read sometimes, so I’m glad to hear that Bite-Sized Biology is helping make some of that science more accessible. The biochemistry of food IS fascinating and everyone should be able to share in all the science fun!
